Reflex Onsite Computing is a NDIA registered business that provides onsite IT support to small-to-medium businesses and households, specialising in software and hardware solutions. They provide expert advice, information, and training that can be tailored to suit the client’s needs, including information targeted at individuals and business with a variety of disabilities. Training sessions are offered at their Brighton location, or through site visits servicing all of the Brisbane Northside. They offer group or individual face-to-face training sessions, with different sessions offering intermediate, or advanced levels of training.

Onsite Support – Paid Informal Training

Reflex Onsite Computing offer IT solutions, support, and training to their clients through site visits to their work or home. This work can be tailored to suit the needs and requirements of the client, including information and advice on assistive technologies available for individuals with a range of disabilities. Training is available for a range of devices including:

  • Mobile phones – Apple and Android
  • Tablets – iPads, Android and Microsoft tablets
  • Landlines – Corded, Cordless, and Text Telephones.
  • Assistive Technology – Switch Controls
  • Other devices such as Smart Devices and Intercoms

This includes information on the devices that are available in the market for individuals with vision, hearing, cognitive, speech and physical impairments, as well as training on how to use these products.
